The Electronic Invoice System (EIS) is a Web-based application
that provides an online invoice processing environment for Maritime Administration (MARAD),
Office of Ship Operations. Ship Managers, Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs),
Contracting Officers (COs) and Division Funds Control Officers (FCOs) are
the main users of the system. Contractors who work for the ship management
companies use EIS to submit their invoices and MARAD users use it to review and approve invoices.
Welcome to the Maritime Administration's Electronic Invoicing System - EIS.
